On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and follow the subsequent instructions. If for some reason, the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and credit your account.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (Approx. 2-3 business days), unless otherwise advised by the customer. In the event of a shipping delay, The Sassy Shop Girl will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: You have 5 days from date of delivery to inspect your merchandise. Within this period, if you have received the wrong item or a defective item, call us or email us at info@thesassyshopgirl.com. We only exchange defective items or incorrect items. There are no refunds except on-line credit which expires in one year. If the item is found to be defective from our factory, we will then issue your credit card a full refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criterias or are non-returnable & will be denied.

PRESALE POLICY: When you place a pre-sale item with us, the product is reserved especially for you. Since your items/item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. We will deliver your order as soon as it arrives. All of our delivery dates are approximate because our manufactures regulate this date according to their production schedules. The Sassy Shop Girl will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order.
