1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.You can also check out using your Paypal Account.

2. Will my personal information be safe?
You can be confident that your personal information will be secure. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe credit transactions for our customers. We use PayPal, which has an extensive privacy policy that protects the privacy of the user. PayPal employs industry-standard SSL encryption technologies. You can safely eneter your credit card number via our secure server which encrypts all submitted information.

3. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax will be charged for all items shipped within the state of New Jersey.

4. What shipping methods do you use?
We use USPS.

5. When will my order arrive?
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office  The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Allow 5-7 business days for your item to be processed and ready for shipment.

*Shipping cost is based ground shipping in the 48 continental states and excludes any additional delivery charges as noted in the product description area.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.

6. Will I be notified when my order is being shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is actually shipped.

7. What is your return policy?
All sales on sale items are final.  In the event that your item is defected or damage, you may return your purchase within 5 days from the date you received your order of a store credit or exchange of the same value. All sales are final after 10 days with no exceptions. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) is required for all returns and must be obtained from our Customer Service Department. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization number. Please review our Return Policy for additional details.

8. When will my return be processed?
Returns will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive your item/s. A notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time your refund is processed.

9. Do you participate in the Drop Shipping Program?
No, we do not participate in the Drop Shipping Program at this time. Please check back with us at a later time.

10. Where are my purchases shipped from?
Our warehouse is located in Caldwell, New Jersey.  All on-line purchases will be shipped from this location.
